These turkeys are certified organic and raised on pasture. Included will be a turkey neck, heart, and liver to add to your stock pot or to make some pâté, or to enrich the flavour of your gravy.
Ranging in size from 12.5 lbs to 15.5 lbs please specify what size you would ideally like in a comment at checkout and we will aim to get a turkey close to that BUT turkey sizes will vary.
