Thick-cut and well marbled, these bone-in steaks are delicious, tender, and as flavourful as only pasture-raised pork can be. Use the reverse sear cooking method for mouth-watering results, or brine them and then toss them on the grill. They will need to cook longer than the pork chops for an ultimately more flavourful experience (more fat = more flavour).
