Butchers' Blend Ground Beef - with grass fed ground beef

An easy way to get more offal into your diet. This ground beef mix includes 20% liver, heart, and tongue, and has a more iron-rich flavour than our standard ground beef, but you could probably sneak it past most tasters if you’re the cook and the one who has ambitions around nutrition in your household! 

The ground beef is grass fed and finished, however these cows were a part of our breeding stock and so they were eating grass on the farm before the farm was certified organic, and therefore we can't say that their ground beef is certified organic.
