Pasture raised chicken backs are great for making your own soup stock. Some packs also contain necks and wing tips. For extra gelatine in your stock, consider adding a small pack of chicken feet. Many recipes will recommend adding some apple cider vinegar when you start making broth to help get the most nutrients out of any bones.
