Chicken Backs

Certified organic and pasture raised, these chicken backs are great for making your own soup stock. Some packs also contain necks and wing tips. For extra gelatine in your stock, consider adding a small pack of chicken feet. Many recipes will recommend adding some apple cider vinegar when you start making broth to help get the most nutrients out of any bones.
