Pasture raised pork makes for a beautifully marbled ground pork. We have had great pork patties (instead of beef) for burger season, or we often use it in stir fries, sauces and even dumplings when someone in the house is feeling more ambitious. Mix it with our ground beef for a rich sauce Bolognese, or into the filling for tourtiére.
