Fed exclusively from forage and pasture grown on our Certified Organic farm, this beef is from animals that were on the farm before we had certified under the organic program. This means that these packages do not bear a 'Certified Organic' claim as almost all of our other products do. We guarantee the same great flavour and the healthy balance of Omega 3 and 6 that draws many people to grass fed beef!
