These ribs are great for throwing on the bbq or doing on a quick hot broil. They do well marinated, which can have the added benefit of tenderizing prior to cooking, but they can also just be salt and peppered and cooked! One of our household's favourites these ribs should be crispy but cooked hot enough and fast enough to still be medium in the centre. You do not want to overcook this cut! It can also be braised for delicious results.
