A historic farmhouse built for gathering

Our main guesthouse, the Mountain View Guesthouse, is an Arts and Crafts home built in 1914 and lovingly renovated to hold groups with comfort and ease. With seven bedrooms, five bathrooms, two nurseries, multiple living areas, and a large chef-ready kitchen, it can host up to 16 overnight guests (and several more with flexible sleeping arrangements).

Groups love the combination of:

  • Large communal spaces for meetings and shared meals
  • Quiet corners and small rooms for breakout sessions or rest
  • A bright main-floor study for focused work
  • A basement suite that can open or close to the main house for privacy or expansion
  • Outdoor gathering spaces including patio, lawn, and shaded porch

The house is bright, clean, comfortable, and fully equipped for longer stays. It is ideal for strategic planning sessions, yoga or wellness retreats, culinary workshops, board meetings, family reunions, and artist or writing groups.

A regenerative farm setting that inspires

Fresh Valley Farms is a working certified organic livestock farm with cattle, pigs, poultry, and a diverse landscape of pastures and forest. Many groups choose to include a farm tour during multi-day stays to learn about regenerative agriculture, rotational grazing, and ecological land stewardship.

Guests staying four nights or longer are welcome to arrange a tour with Steve or Annelise at arrival. Trails leaving directly from the property lead to lookouts, forest paths, and peaceful natural spaces — perfect for reflection, movement, and team-building.
